Without wrinkles for stains

I hugged you goodnight
You didn’t fall asleep alone
I wrap you in my love
I wish you the most wonderful everything
For a love this sweet knows no bounds
Though it can bring sadness
It is the happiest sad I’ve ever known..
My love is an open book with the pages wisping in the wind
The breeze records my whispers of adoration sending them your way
I’ll always be here
Where that is exactly I’m not sure..
But here is my heart for you to hold
Sway with me
Movements of a tender love
One can’t measure another’s heart
For we love equally- yet differently making each love unique
So I will love you and you will love me
without wrinkles for stains
Surrendering our all..

Held down no more..
Love actually sets us free
Free to be who we are
Free to love without fear
Love is limitless
and its’ joy cannot be contained..
there is no controlling love
Only protecting it – growing with it – changing bending and flowing with it
It runs through our being and becomes us
It causes me to go deep into my soul – see where I’m growing or standing still
I wish to never be flippant about something so treasured, unique and valued
There is no price or way to measure the beauty of love and how it fills ones’ heart..
There is also no greater tragedy than when love is allowed to become a weapon..
it can twist destroy and kill one inside causing utter destruction
Leaving such chaos in its’ wake..
Unchain yourself
Walk free in all that is yours to be
Guard what is yours
for there is no greater gift than love for you and me..

Love..
It doesn’t discriminate
It catches you unaware
No prejudicial treatment there
Death doesn’t differentiate either
It knows no difference of race sex or age
We all fall the same
Love the same
hurt and live the same
hard to distinguish Between the sinner & the saint
I could be life I could be death
Could be love could be hate
Let me stay and show you what I’ll create
When you smile I fall apart
tears trickle down my face
I’ve always thought
sacredness lies within them
Not cowardice..
It’s a love that knows no bounds
Yet love itself binds me up until I can no longer see..
Get lost in me
And you will see what a
Contradiction love can be..

Revenge..
What is its’ purpose
so aggressive in its’ silence
Poisoning us to the core
So loud in its’ destructive ways
Mutilating souls from the inside out..
Silently dulling our senses
Until we no longer see
We no longer hear
We no longer feel
We are no longer real
giving us hearts of steel.
Fight against it..
Resist
Don’t say you can’t
But of course you can
you will find a way out
walk through it until you own it
find the freedom of being present here&now
And not looking behind or to be ahead
It’s now that counts.. The rest is gone or not quite here
love the simple of the moment
That is what makes life so grand.. the complex simple
The ugly beautiful – the pain bearable..
Bitter should never take root in your beautiful heart
let life explode within it..

Running Free

Full of life and love in the liveliest of ways
gradually percolating through me until you filled each pore of my heart
filling me with an expectant energy
exuberant animated alive
Your heart is speaking loud
even in your absence
my heart is flying
It can’t be contained
I find you in my waking hours
I feel you in my slumber
All we are is true
from beginning to end
A day like today-once upon a time-defined us
creating such truth that love would never be the same
You were designed to inspire and awaken my soul
With each word we became us
I’ll always think of you as me forever to be
memories alone will get us through
Chasing the dream that I see
My heart is running free
as it should be..

Broken Mind

clenching so tight her hands hurt
every muscle tense as perspiration bubbled on her soft pale skin
she gasped, as she realized the battle was done
The long hard struggle was no more..
Breathing in deeply, she fell to her knees collapsing in tears..
Her tired mind no longer racing, the turmoil silenced..
She tried putting thoughts together;
wondering how she’d ever breathe again..
She wanted to
She wanted to try but all she could do was cry
She told herself to move, to leave it all behind
But without him, there was no place to go..
She couldn’t fathom the unthinkable
The dark night beckoned her with promises untold
Closing her eyes, her hands fell open as her face softened..
Her soul gave way to the dark night
What had begun was done..

Is He Mine

Without any answers..
realizing there aren’t solutions for every situation
So caught up in him in ways I can’t explain
I look in the mirror trying to find me or is it him I see
Quite certain his face overshadows mine just like his heart eclipsed my own making my heart his home
I don’t know what I see looking back at me
A reflection I’m not so sure of anymore
so captivated by him
didn’t know any of this could be
He brushes my hair..
He holds my hand
I’m afraid..
I don’t share our moments
They are mine to cherish
So precious so sweet
Such love
So fragile..
I feel the delicate edges surrounding us
Knowing we can crumble at any time
Unsure how to protect what isn’t mine
I will fight with all my might
To guard what has become my treasured delight

You would know truth
It doesn’t lie in our eyes for they are veiled with life
Nor our emotions for they can be deceiving
and our minds alone on their own – can be robotic..
within our heart – it’s altogether different
It’s full of compassion hope goodness
In it lives love
Let it filter out into each pore
Let it cover us head to toe
Unveiling those blinded eyes
Cleansing the lies from our core
Setting free our minds
to Know to feel to believe
to be free in all that we want to be..
Love is where we began
Love is how it should be
If only we would choose to see..
